Rachel Porter was born on July 1, 1891 in Preston, Idaho. Her parents are Nahum Boyd Porter and Rosamond Mercy Green.
She married Asa Lot Webster on October 12, 1910 in Logan, Utah.
She died on February 23, 1979 in Bountiful, Utah and was buried February 27 in Franklin, Idaho.
